"A tool belt of skills and creative widgets to jump-start my creative process"

Before I began studying at JWS, I felt like I was throwing spaghetti everywhere... not just at a wall, at people too; I was throwing spaghetti at Jay Binder, at Josh Bergasse, everyone at Telsey, all over Pearl Studios... I felt like a mess, and in the heat of the moment, it felt like dumb luck whenever I did connect to my most authentic artistry. I knew I had more to offer as a performing artist than what I was giving, onstage and in audition rooms, and it was burning me out. I wanted to go deeper, and I wanted to bring forth my best work — not only that, I wanted to know HOW. Not many people teach how to go deeper into our artistry, and how to continue to find depth. Working with Jen and the extraordinary team at JWS, I have accumulated a tool belt of skills and creative widgets to jump-start my creative process, I have cultivated a deeper sense of who I am as a human and why I perform in the first place. This has lead me to choosing different material, different representation, a specific and intentional direction in my career, and how I present myself to the world. ::mic drop::
